This is for Little Miss Jewel Muffet who sits at the buffet or however the children song goes, she needs to educate herself on "the treaties". I was offended at my interaction with her. The usual blah blah blahs but then she announces that there is no cost for my service today because of my treaties? Not my insurance coverage by NIHB. My treaties. Which has me sitting here thinking, what does she know about the treaties? Nobody cares who's covered by who in the waiting room, nor do I care to know. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendly front desk staff who make check-in a breeze, and I’ve never had to wait long at all. Dr. Lily Sammak took the time to clearly explain all of my options, which made it easy for me to make an informed decision about moving forward with Invisalign. Her technician also did a fantastic job scanning my teeth and guiding me step by step through the photos and X-rays. I’m excited to start my treatment and can’t wait to see the final results.
