If I could give more stars I would. My roof had leaked around the pipe boots because the boots were worn out and I didn't know it. I have insurance with State Farm but they wouldn't pay to have the pipe boots replaced. They said the leaks weren't caused by weather. They did however recommend Sands Roofing & Construction so I contacted them. The lady I spoke to on the phone is really nice and she assured me that someone would come over and have a look at the issue. Ian came over, walked the roof and showed me photos of the damaged and worn pipe boots. I had no idea what pipe boots were!! Actually I didn't even know what the pipes were for. Ian came over today on his day off and replaced the boots and whatever else needed to be done. I was so afraid that the roof was going to leak again if the weather gets bad and I am so grateful for Ian. He is a very nice, friendly and professional guy and he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this company if you are having roof issues. Ian said he would come back out if there were any more problems. There still are good people in the world. Thank you Ian! During a recent storm my roof sustained some damage and shingles that had blown off. I called Sands Roofing and set up a service visit. The day of the appointment their technician Anthony arrived at my home one time, accessed the situation and told me what I needed. He did the work and my looks as good as new. You honestly can’t even tell repairs have been made. Anthony did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the work done and I would highly recommend Sand Roofing and Anthony.

Overall, i thought they did well. Roof looks good and doesnt seem to be leaking. The guys tried to clean up the best they could. The owner, Mr.Ellis is a solid guy. Drove 1.5 hours to go over a few concerns with me.
