I had a positive experience throughout the whole process working with them (after being referred to them). When I first started, they explained everything in great detail and answered any questions I had within 24-48 hrs. I made sure I mailed them all the paperwork and information needed and paid the full cost to start the process officially (cost depends on income). My attorney then reached out to me to acquire final information before officially filing. Once that was done, I had my virtual court date set for a few months after. Since there are other clients on the Zoom call with you, it does take some time. I was on Zoom for over an hour. Once that was done, my debt was discharged after about another 2 months. I'm no longer in debt that keeps piling up, and feel confident about my financial future.
