After our home sustained significant damage from a hailstorm, we turned to S&K Roofing for a full roof replacement, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. Our sales representative, Eric, clearly explained the scope of work, materials, and timeline, and he guided us through the insurance process with ease. The on-site foreman, Ricardo, led the crew with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring that every step of the project was completed to the highest standard. The roofing team arrived on time, worked diligently, and maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout the replacement. The project was completed on schedule, and the quality of the finished roof exceeded our expectations. At the same time, we also had our gutters and downspouts replaced. Our only minimal complaint is the couplings used were black, and the gutters/downspouts are white - it would have been nice if the colors had matched. We are grateful to S&K Roofing, Eric, and Ricardo for turning a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.

My mother and two brothers had used S&K and were very satisfied with the finished product, therefore when our roof needed replacing I knew where to go. The sales rep (Josh) was very thorough and explained all our option for roofing material and life expectancy, as well as options for gutter guards and deflectors for troubled water flow areas. We also had a couple of bathroom vents that were not connected to any exhaust stack on the roof and were able add that to the project. My wife and I expected a start date about 3 weeks out and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call a few days later and were able to start in a week. The existing roof had two layers of shingles requiring removal along with replacing a few sheets of plywood to replace damaged areas. The entire roof (with two roof sections and a couple of gabbles) was mostly completed in one day and just couple of hours the next day for some small finishes and cleanup. They did a great job adding the exhaust vents and flanging around the chimney. They did need to come back another day to put the gutter guards on which only took an hour to complete. They were VERY thorough with cleanup and meticulously went over the lawn and flowerbeds with a magnetic strip getting all small metal parts and nails. While I did not get any other estimates, after talking with friends who had their roof replaced, we felt like S&K gave us a very fair price and we are extremely happy with the finished product. I'd certainly recommend them to others needing a roof replacement and gutter work.

Whole house makeover: Yes, I would hire them again. I am very happy with the siding job that turned into a whole house makeover. We had a complex set of issues from broken siding to water damage under the siding and drainage. Issues . We had a wonderful and patient salesman, Nic, who navigated us through the process. Finally we contracted for the addition of a covered front porch to run the full length of the house. A full siding job, including trim details, gutters and downspouts. And added a beautiful new Provia front door too. The water damage to the wood behind the siding was repaired along the way. They were helpful and professional in navigating many details relating to the design of the front porch and accommodated a few changes that happened along the way. It looks like a completely different house. And we are very happy with it. This job involved many specialists: poured concrete front porch, porch structure, roofing, siding, electrical, gutters, etc. They coordinated all of it. Yes, I would hire them again. P.S. I rarely meet anyone who does a decent caulking job. Their team did a good job including the details of the caulking.

The whole experience from signing the contract to job completion was trouble-free and professional, also the third time they have done a job for us in the past 25 yrs. They were very thorough in their clean-up. They stayed 'til 6:30 p.m. to complete the job before the storm arrived.
