Me and my mom went in for a full day spa (the escape package) and it was awesome! Jen did our facials and she is so friendly and fascinating. She helped me learn about my skin and provided me with so much knowledge and advice. Jessica is so sweet and wonderful, she was so communicative and made the experience comfortable and fun. The body treatment with her is amazing and I told her i'm coming back as a a baked potato in my next life after that amazing experience. Cookie is a rockstar with a fun personality and gave a great hand and foot massage. Leanne did an amazing back massage with hot stones. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. The only sad thing was we didn't get our take-home Eminence apricot oil that was supposed to be provided with the package (but I'll call tomorrow to see about that). I had a wonderful experience with my spa technicians. Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would. I enjoyed one of the spa packages and it was heaven. Every single service provider was so kind and did such an amazing job! Spa is beautiful and very clean I felt like a princess. The price is so affordable for a whole day of pampering. Will absolutely be back, if you're thinking of trying them out, just book it!!

I’ve been a client of this spa since I moved to Knoxville and have had mixed experiences. The clinicians are great, never any issues. The front desk… is a different story. I booked two appointments for me and my mom for extended facials, which their online system said included paraffin hand treatments. When the service was done, we never received the treatments so I called back to inquire. I was told that their online system needed to be updated as that service was no longer included in the extended facial. I explained that if the online booking system says it’s included, and that’s what a client was expecting to receive, then its irrelevant to a client whether you forgot to fix the website and you should provide the service. We went back and forth, a few phone calls later, I was told I would receive this on my next visit. Ok great. I went back, had another facial and the treatment. On Friday, I called to schedule an appointment for Sunday. I explicitly stated I would be out of town until Sunday, and that I would likely get on the road at 10 am to get there by 4 for a facial. We deliberated on time for a few seconds, and I mentioned I could do Monday if necessary. The appointment ended up being booked for Saturday at 4 pm, while I was out of town. I received a phone call at 4:15 on Saturday, while I was hosting a bridal shower, and they attempted to charge my card on file for a no show. Now I’m being told that until that no show balance is cleared, I can’t book another appointment. The appointment was never supposed to be booked for Saturday, I was out of town and made that clear during the phone call. Either way, I don’t intend on returning and I’m not clearing a balance for a miscommunication from front desk. I’ll find another spa.

Vernie was absolutely incredible. She listened and communicated very well the entire massage, and actually felt what my body needed as well. I have never had a massage therapist note my breathing change and adjust or work more based on it, but I know that’s what she did. I went in thinking my problem areas were my legs and feet, only to find that my shoulders and neck were the real problem. I cannot express enough how amazing I felt walking out of her service. Highly recommend seeing her.
