In 2019 I had reached out to a few local companies and even Etsy at first and they gave me all these restrictions and regulations on what they could due, all with additional fees. With San Saba Cap, I sent the picture/logo that I wanted and they had no problems using it to do the embroidery. Not only were they able to use the image I wanted, they were able to change the colors to match and enhance it to the hat we chose! The staff was great to work with and the communication was amazing! Thanks guys! Since our first order back in 2019, we have made 2 additional orders with them. I can not express enough that they make the whole process so easy!! The customer service is still amazing and even though we are not a big business or making huge orders with them, they still treat us as if we are the most important customer they have!!
