The instructor was very sincere in making sure I was tolerating the class ok knowing I had a recent injury. Also the atmosphere is superb. I even made a cup of tea before class. My soul felt so at peace with the whole experience.

It's a very traditional and respectful studio. I love that the music it’s calming and not loud. I also love that there are classes completely without music. I’ve been to many studios that take the traditional style out and make things mainstream, it’s not how yoga should be. I have been to Many studios that blast the music and make it difficult to focus on the practice. This studio is the opposite and it’s soooo amazing to finally have that!!!The instructors are very skilled and professional. This is the most incredible studio I’ve ever been apart of!!!
