We did not have a good first experience at this Salon. My daughter was scheduled for a single process coloring. After the color she had a hair wash and haircut/blow dry. Therefore, three employees had contact w her. Upon picking her up, the photos below reveal how she left the salon. No one spoke to me or her regarding the coloring on her skin/scalp. I spoke w Chris the very next morning and he kindly offered her a complementary hair wash/blown dry. That was a positive experience but Chris did not offer a monetary compensation and did have ‘reasoning’ for the situation. I felt that I needed to share this information because no one should leave a salon w hair dye all over their skin. In addition, the hair dye was washing out for days at our house and ruined two sets of sheets…. Clients need to be treated w respect regardless of their age….and I feel that no woman should leave a salon like this….

Out of all the salons I called to ask questions about dying my hair I had the best customer service experience! My first time getting my hair done was exciting and I had a good time with Sasha who patiently did my hair! My hair looks incredible and I absolutely Love it! Definitely worth the time and money I spent for a little self care! I’m definitely returning in the future! Pictures taken after my hair dried.

Fantastic 1st time experience! The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. My stylist, Debby, gave me a lovely cut on my short, thin and difficult hair. She listened to what I wanted, did not rush, and gave me tips on how to make my hair look its best at home. I shopped at Kohl's afterwards and the cashier remarked, totally unprompted, "I love your hair - it's so pretty!". I made sure she knew who took such good care of me!
