Could have been 5 stars had it only been about the quality of nursing staff. But providing Homecare for elderlies means not just having good nursing staff but also effective support system that can be trusted! While their nursing staff are great, the operations or support team has a lot to be desired. The nurses arrived late daily, at an average around an hour late. 1 day they came 2 hours late! In this caregiving industry, punctuality and trust is everything. Unfortunately, Salwaty has missed the bus in these very important parameters. They may have enough nursing staff on the bench, what they need to work on is their operational efficiency!

I booked full body checkup up with them and thw nurse who came for samples Amarjeet-I had a wonderful experience with her. She was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and gave great advices for my sinuses. Her positive attitude made the whole process so much easier and comfortable.
