Very satisfied with the hard and thorough work of Carlyle for our recent plumbing pipe repair. He and Felix work well together, remained upbeat and positive mood throughout having to dig the heat and did a fantastic job. They get high marks from us as they were efficient, conscientious and really know their work. We recently hired SALT Service Company to make major improvements to our home, including both retrenching and replumbing our entire house and grounds and replacing all of the vent work and tubing for our HVAC systems. While every technician that we worked with was top-notch, Brian S., who was the master plumber responsible for the replumbing, and Louie E., who oversaw the renovation of our A/C duct work, were particularly professional, knowledgeable, and service-driven. While no project of this size is without the occasional hiccup, what may have been most impressive was how responsive and professional SALT was in making things right. You can tell that they are very committed to customer satisfaction and job quality. Admittedly, SALT is not inexpensive, so they may not be your first call if you are looking for a bargain. However, if you are looking for quality, professionalism and value, we would recommend SALT without hesitation. Five stars!

This was my second electrical service with SALT Plumbing Air & Electric. I signed up for membership this time. I think the cost was reasonable for what they offer. Communication and assurance has been great. Appointment availability and setting up was also excellent that I did by phone because I had questions first. They have awesome and friendly personnel. Update: Justin W. and teammate (I would provide name, but his name wasn't in writing on any communication I had) came by to replace motion light switch that wasn't working properly. Now I'm super happy to have a new motion sensor light switch that works great. This awesome crew especially cleaned up after themselves. I could complain that they had to come back out (I had to make up that time for work again), however the success and no charge warranty type of fix made me super happy.
