Betty was absolutely awesome. She took the time to ask me about my hair routine, problems I was having, and the most wonderful important question…when was the last time you loved your hair? Let’s just say I love my hair again for the first time in years! Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this salon, the decor and atmosphere only adds to the wonderful experience!

I usually have good things to say about SalonZ but the most recent appointment was not as enjoyable. It was for my 10yr old daughter, the appointment was set for 11:30, I was sent multiple reminders so we got there early. Waited 30mins because Betty was working on someone else’s hair. No communication of how long wait would be or an apology for the wait. We were about to get up to leave when she had my daughter come back. My daughter’s haircut is uneven, and the pink highlight she got there’s some blonde still left when it’s just a small piece of hair I don’t see how it could have gotten missed, It’s things like this that make me go back to cutting and doing my kids own hair. And for the price it should have all been colored! I paid extra to have Betty do it because she’s one with longest experience. Idk if she was having an off day because she was doing another lady’s hair at the same time or she just can’t focus enough on two people at once. Where has peoples pride in their work gone?? She was very rough with brushing my daughter’s hair too, she is little and didn’t speak up but told me that it hurt. Also she had another girl blow dry my daughter’s hair which took AN HOUR! Ridiculous! I’ve never had to wait that long to get hair blow dried! She used a round brush on her hair and it didn’t even make it look nice. Two spiral curls and the rest straight, idk if she was just playing around or what but it was a waste of time! Took 3 hours of our time. We will not be coming back and I will be fixing my daughters hair.

Kelsey was prompt. I was her first appointment that morning. She took time to explain the keratin treatment process. Her professionalism and kindness were very much appreciated. I highly recommend her; she did an excellent job with my keratin treatment.

I'm pretty easy going with my hair. It's difficult to mess up. This is one of the worst cuts I've ever had. I should've had her style it before I left. Nothing blends. The back isn't stacked. Very blunt, choppy cut. The front of my hair is cut shorter at the crown to longer in the front. Most bizarre cut ever.
