Originally did a walk in for myself, and Sarah was able to fit me in quick! It was 100% amazing- barely had to explain my stressed self, and she trimmed my hair in a fresh and gorgeous spring cut! I later brought in my daughter who is sensory sensitive, and once again Sarah made her first big girl cut amazing. This was hands down one of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve had. I hadn’t cut my hair in over a year and came in ready for a transformation, with clear reference photos and specific direction. I booked with John, a junior stylist, and unfortunately the result was nothing like what I asked for. The cut felt rushed, uneven, and poorly executed. To make matters worse, John seemed more focused on making small talk than being present and attentive to the actual haircut. For a transformation cut—especially one I waited a long time for—I expected care, focus, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling completely unheard and extremely let down. If you’re considering trusting John with a big change, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
