Last week I spent $880 on a colour correction by Christina and I'm very unhappy with the results. When I told her I was unhappy that my roots were much darker and not blended into the rest of my hair, she made excuses and did not own up to it. Since no immediate solution was offered, I requested a partial refund. She has since ghosted me and has yet to respond to my last text message. Completely childish and unprofessional.

In the last 4 years I have been getting extensions. My hair has never been healthier!! By far the best hair extensions in the Niagara region! I trust Christina’s professional opinion, she is so kind and passionate!!
