I’ve only been to N15 one other time at their College location (with Atsu, I believe) and this time I booked with Tomoyuki. I asked to get baby bangs and do full no-bleach dye on virgin hair. He cautioned that the bangs length might be difficult to style but he was still able to achieve what I wanted, and the colour turned out exactly as I asked for (brown but not too warm). Will definitely come back!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! My hairstylist, Mei, was incredibly professional and gentle throughout the whole process. She really knew what she was doing and gave me an amazing haircut that I absolutely love. On top of that, she was very caring and kind, which made the whole appointment even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the relaxing hair massage! Overall, she did an outstanding job, and I left feeling so happy with the result. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Kazuma since 2017 for all my hair needs (color, bleach, cut, perm) and I can't recommend him enough! He's incredibly skillful, detail oriented, professional, and caring. He always listens to my thoughts/requests and provides his honest thoughts whenever I'm indecisive or unsure about something which I find really helpful. Kazuma has always ensured that my hair is healthy and not damaged which I value. Super grateful to have such a talented and trustworthy hair stylist!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Kazuma, who I believe holds the title of ‘Director’ at this salon. I came in requesting a blunt bob — a very specific, classic style with sharp, even edges. What I received was something entirely different: a rounded, imprecise cut that resembled a mushroom or bowl shape, not the clean, structured bob I clearly described. The result was not only unflattering, but also felt careless — especially coming from someone at a senior level. There was no attention to precision or proportion, and it was clear my reference and request were ignored. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when you place trust (and money) in someone at the top level, the standard should reflect that. This cut was far from acceptable. I now have to grow it out just to fix it. If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, respects your vision, and executes with sharp technique — I can’t recommend Kazuma based on my experience.
