I have been a client of Salon san Carlos since I moved to Pensacola in 2016. Absolutely 💯 the best place for your hair! I have recommended this Salon to friends and family and no one has been disappointed. I have mature, nearly waist long color processed hair. It looks healthy and pretty, thanks to my miracle worker stylist, Alma. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone treats you like you are their one and only customer. The receptionists Whitney and Hannah always greet me with a genuine smile and make sure my scheduling needs are met. Whitney has gone beyond and above to accommodate my schedule when availability was tight. All of the stylists do an amazing job and I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the Salon. Lastly what sets the tone for this fabulous place are the owners Carlos, his lovely wife and their sons, who are super skilled at their craft. They are very kind and go out of their way to say hello. I cannot say enough good things about Salon San Carlos! The salon is gorgeous and clean, and I love that it’s located in downtown Pensacola. It’s been 5 years since I’ve had my hair professionally cut and I’ve been in desperate need of a curly hair specialist to revive my curls- Austin did just that! He was so friendly, professional, and my hair looks stunning. I had my 3 month old with me who decided it was his day to be cranky, and Austin was so flexible and patient as we adjusted to what little man needed. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back!
