brooklyn westgarthI was given a gift card for this place and was excited to get my appointment, but when I called asking if there was anything available, the receptionist said that they were all booked in September. No worries at all! but when I asked about October, she said they were closed weekends and Mondays, and their hours were 9am-3pm on weekdays. However, when I come to your website, they're open until 6 on weekdays, but also open Saturdays too! I feel discouraged as I really wanted to come here but the receptionist was not helpful, and straight up lied to me on the phone as I was rushed through the call. Its too bad, as the hairstylist Emilie I was hoping to book with is fantastic, but the owner was nothing but rude and snobby to new customers. I wish I could get the money back from this gift card :(
