I went to get my hair styled and asked for an S wave - it became very apparent very quickly that the stylist had no idea what that was, much less how to do one (even with multiple inspiration pics - attached one). My hair holds a curl very well, but this style came out flat and not curled in the least. The stylist wrapped the hair very loosely around the iron and held it for very little time, causing literally none of the curls to actually curl. What’s even more shocking is that they charge $160 for this type of styling. The manager gave me a break and charged $80 since it came out so poorly. Truly disappointing experience - I would have gladly paid the $160 and tipped for a real S wave style.

My daughter was excited to try a new stylist. But after getting home she really doesn’t like her haircut. I know the protocol would be to come back to get it fixed, but now she’s nervous to have someone make it worse. Her stylist was really nice and the experience was good, she just isn’t happy with her hair. Update: amazing customer service. Thanks for your quick response!

I have been coming here for years..always had amazing results. The issue now is insane price increase only at this location. 90.00 for a haircut? 200.00 for highlights..when Arlington Heights starts cuts as 60 and highlights at 110. Why are you charging so much for the same services? I didn’t even book my normal highlight session because I couldn’t justify the expense. Is there something different about Schaumburg than all the other locations? I was extremely disappointed because I love my colorist. I hope this increase is not permanent or I’ll have to go somewhere else moving forward.
