star smithFranchesca (owner) only used chemical treatments to wash color out of my daughter’s hair and “trimmed” it during appt. The bill was well over $400… She cut my daughters hair double the amount she was supposed to and didn’t even bother to wet it, just roughly brushed and cut it (she has thick, curly/poofy hair). My daughter left very upset as she had gained damaged/brittle hair and new split ends from the harsh chemicals along with hair being much shorter than expected. My daughter has been taking very good care of her hair, getting it treated for years now and has never had an experience as awful as this. Safe to say we are never coming back.
