Their 'supervisors' obviously don't understand the importance of a bad review and their owner obviously does and tries to mitigate on print while behind the scenes is trying to charge for a shipment THEY refused to deliver. They were a no show all day prior and then sent out driver with incomplete equipment to take item off truck. No prior call no warning just showed up. I said I would leave a bad review and their response was 'do whatever you want'
Grit PohleHorrible. Just Horrible. We tried, we tried. We are neighbors and 4 streets over; we get guaranteed service shipments. We are usually the last arrival of of the day, versus the first. We went and talked to the operations team at this terminal and brought doughnuts so they remember us. They said we should get guaranteed service so we get things on time. We did get that service, ha, but it still does not help. They do not care. Out of at least 6 shipments, 5 were delayed. We are done! Saia. You lost a customer.
Amy RobinI have never experienced such a horrible freight provider in my life. They had my shipment basically hostage for 12 days and refused to deliver it on my appointment date 3 times. Then when I tried to get a truck to pick up from their dock, they sent the freight out with a driver!!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately.
