Leaving 1 star for sales dept, who was very attentive for obvious reasons. 0 stars for customer service. Safeway has terrible customer service and I’m having a horrible time getting my delivery… they keep avoiding me and I can’t talk with anyone. I have been on hold several times for over 20 minutes and several days without any answers with no contact and then disconnect. I still don’t have my delivery and at this time I am feeling very vulnerable, and afraid that I will not receive it at all. I wish I had not contracted with this company for over $10,000 and who knows how much they up charge once my long distance delivery starts… if ever. I just want what was promissed . NO I DONT RECOMMEND…. It’s a nightmare. REGRET.

Nothing “safe” about texting and driving for miles on a main highway. Please retrain all of your drivers to ensure they uphold the “safe” in “Safeway”. Unacceptable.
