Save yourself a lot of time and go somewhere else. They started to replace my windshield, cut the seal off, then decided they could not replace it because of rust. There was a small amount of superficial rust in a very small area. The tech refused to replace the glass and refused to do anything with the seal he had cut. I went up the road to Enid Glassworks and they took care of it no problem. The stories I have heard about safelite are completely ridiculous.

Gerrardo called the day before our appointment to inform us that our windshield had arrived. He mentioned that it came from the factory with a small defect and asked if we would like to proceed with this one, which could be installed the next day, or if we preferred to order a new one that would take two days for installation. We chose to order a new windshield. I spoke with Gerrardo on the phone three times, and he was exceptionally polite and courteous. His level of customer service left a lasting impression—exactly what you hope to experience at any business but rarely do. Dre was the installer, and I also spoke with him on the phone twice. He was very courteous as well. When he arrived at my house, he was right on time. He was amazing! He worked efficiently, took great care not to scratch my car, and paid attention to all the little details that are often overlooked when other businesses rush through their work. Not Dre! He was fantastic! Thanks to Gerrardo and Dre, I am sold on Safelite. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. It was so refreshing to have such a positive experience, as it seems to be a rarity these days. These guys deserve a raise, a bonus, an extra day off, and some sort of reward for their hard work!
