Dave came out and gave me an estimate to remove a yucca tree and also for a tree trimming and sent a crew out the next day. They did a great job. I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend them !

Great work and cleaned up after! They trimmed back the trees around our house to help with our raccoon problem. On that same day, we discovered the raccoons outside trying to get back onto the roof! They were young and seemed afraid to jump from the much taller branch they found themselves on.

While I was getting quotes from 3 different tree services, Dave assured that when the job was done "with us it would be like the trees were never there". And he was right. They really did remove the tree stumps to below the surface with this tank looking remote control stump remover that literally took maybe 3-4 minutes at most on a full size tree. They really did their best to clean up the mess left by both mature trees. Additionally, the dead tree that was leaning toward and endangering my house they very carefully cut in small pieces and completely protected the house, walkway and shrubs from any damage. Dave's team was so fast too. They arrived within 30 minutes of me choosing to use S.A. TTS this time for tree removal. Having the large truck with the boom really sped everything up, as well as the tank stump remover machine. I didn't actually time it but I don't think this large crew was here 2 hours before they were completely done removing two large trees, including the clean up. The very best thing about this company, compared to two other tree removal services I have used in this city, is they did NOT damage my front lawn. I keep my yard immaculate, and besides some very small bits of saw chips here and there which is unavoidable, there was literally no divots, or holes in the turf where large heavy chunks of tree trunk fell like what was left behind by other services. I did notice they used ropes and somehow figured out how to lower each large piece of tree trunk down gently to the lawn instead of letting them fall naturally, thus preventing damage to the lawn. I really appreciate the extra effort this team did with this tree service company to prevent and avoid as much damage to the overall lawn as reasonably possible. The use of tarps made cleanup a lot quicker, and also prevented ruts being formed in the lawn by the tank stump remover device. I am super impressed with this company and the service they provide and it is literally the best company I have used in San Antonio, and the only one I will use moving forward as long as I live here. I almost went with another service who had a slightly better price, but he said he sub-contracts out the stump removal and I am responsible for the clean up. Well, I have rented stump grinders and done the work myself and I know very well the mess a stump grinder leaves behind. Look, you get what you pay for here, this company does the work, but they do an exceptionally good job of the clean up afterwards that the marginal cost difference is completely negligible, and besides when Dave said it will be like the trees weren't there, he was right. I can't recommend any higher than giving them five stars. 100% worth it, and will use their services again if the need arises.
