Absolutely terrible experience at Flitit. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, and the product I bought was defective right out of the box. When I tried to return it, they made the process as difficult as possible. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

We bought six big items such as playhouses and kitchens for a client. However, we had to store them in their original packaging as the rooms weren't ready yet. When we recently opened the packages, we discovered that the items were severely damaged. Unfortunately, the vendor is refusing to take responsibility for the damaged items, and they are not willing to come for an inspection. It's disappointing that there is no after-sales customer service available to help us resolve this issue.
