Celery 62Bought a car for our daughter from Steve a couple of years ago and it has been brilliant. I always think the best way to address how good customer service is revolves around what happens when something goes wrong. A small problem shortly after we got the car was addressed swiftly and with no dispute, so a definite 5 STARS for customer service. Just changed my own car and went to Steve's site first, but he didn't have what I was after. However, will always check back whenever anyone in the family is looking to change their car.

The whole process was hassle free and Steve was very easy to deal with. He arranged for a new MOT and promised to get any work done to ensure no advisories. Steve was good to his word and the car has been great all backed up with a 3 month warranty. My son is over the moon and I would definitely drive the 37 miles to buy another car from Steve who offers excellent customer service backed up by many years experience in the motor trade. Thank you!
