I've driven trucks for over 43 years and have multiple million miles safe driving awards and the last three years have worked in my companies safety department, Yesterday on 695 in Baltimore your rental truck 590726 pulling trailer 14004 @ 1045 am took his entire unit and proceeded to try to push me and my family into the left hand cement barrier all because he was trying to control traffic coming up to a left hand lane closer. We had a half mile before the lane was to close and not only tried pushing us out one time but because we were beside him he did it multiple times taking his truck and trailer towards my Nissan Pathfinder and trying to block that entire lane from using that lane up to the merge point. When I called your safety department there was no returned call from it and no person to person conversation only voicemail.

Just encountered a terrible driver at 8:50am on 10/23/25; on route 81 mile marker 160 North of Hazelton Pa, tried to call your customer service, but got hung up on. So a 1 star review it is. Your driver in truck and trailer is hogging the left lane, going 75mph in a 65mph zone. Plenty of trucking companies around that don’t high DB drivers, I’d pick any company other than this one.

We were coming out of York Springs heading south toward Hanover, Sunday afternoon at 2:15pm. Just past the ramp to Rt 15, the road goes from two lanes to one (right lane ends). We were accelerating to 50 (the posted limit) when an S&H truck came up very fast on the right. Could he possibly be thinking he could pass us on the right when the lane was ending?? Yup - he came charging up beside us and then moved into our lane, pushing us right into the oncoming lane - we had to slam on the brakes to avoid oncoming traffic. We just couldn't believe a "Professional???" driver would do such a dangerous thing!! We then watched him harass a pickup pulling a horse trailer all the way to Hanover - what a terrible driver.
