I placed an order back in April, and to my dismay, they sent me the wrong product. When I contacted their customer service, they demanded that I pay for the return shipping to send the incorrect item back. Reluctantly, I complied and sent the package back. It has now been several months since then, and despite my numerous attempts to contact them via email, they have completely ignored my messages. It is now August, and I have not received any resolution or refund for the incorrect item I received. This level of disregard for their customers is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability from the Dallas Wholesale Company. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with caution, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their blatant negligence and failure to rectify the situation have left me feeling ripped off and utterly dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs. i lost $900 dollars with this scammers

I made and purchase for my FBA business neither they send the product to Amazon warehouse nor they refunded the money. Followed up over email and whatapp and tried calling them but all in vain no response. Very unprofessional way of doing business . I wish I had an option to give this business a -ve stars so that others save themselves and their hard earned money and precious time.
MAMTA MOTWANIIf 0 stars was an option, I would choose that. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. After taking money, and making us wait for the product for over 3 months, I finally asked for an order cancellation and a refund. Then, they magically shipped the order in a few hours. to our horrible surprise, we noticed that Dallas Wholesale sent us products that looks similar but is half the price of the original product value we ordered. The result - customers on Amazon are unhappy and I have negative reviews which results in direct violations for account health. So many people on Google cannot write fake reviews, wake up and stay away for this company. Do not invest a dime with them! Or, you will be very sorry! Don't tell us that we did not warn you!
Huzaifa MuhammadWorst company ever. I have sent them shipping labels since 1st Nov, 2022. and today is 12th of Jan, 2023. More than 2.5 months with little to no response. Fake promises. Delays afer delays. They are not refunding, nor replying, nor shipping our item that we have paid over 5,000 USD. Highly unprofessional people, I hate to say this but it seems nothing less than a scam!!!! Now I see that there are many people that they have scammed. Would be definitely gathering other people and filing a law suit against these scammers
