This dining experience was absolutely unforgettable! Every single dish was incredibly delicious. I couldn’t go wrong with any choice, and the Parihuela Amelcochada was so amazing that I’m even considering going back to Miami just for it LOL. The service was top level too. The server was so nice, he even helped peel our lobster and packed up the leftovers for us. Every little detail made the meal feel extra special and welcoming. I really hope this restaurant opens a location in San Diego someday so more people can enjoy such amazing food and thoughtful service! Truly worth every bite.

We love Peruvian cuisine. That’s why we decided to try CVI.CHE in downtown Miami. The servers were super friendly. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. I loved their valet parking service. It’s cheaper than parking in the public parking lot across the street 😂

A fantastic restaurant with picturesque yet delicious food. I stumbled upon this restaurant due to its high volume of great reviews, and as an added bonus they had a happy hour available at the bar. All of the dishes I tried were delicious and the happy hour prices were a steal. A small quip though as the bill included some items that we did not order, but the staff quickly fixed it when I pointed it out.

Emilio provided service for me today. He was very friendly and efficient. My drinks and food came out quickly. Everything tasted great and was hot. I had Pescado A Lo Macho for dinner the Chan Chan cocktail. I definitely recommend both!
