After a 2-hour massage brought no relief and my regular doctor suggested Advil and a heating pad via email, I was feeling hopeless. Thankfully, I found Dr. Russo, and it felt like a miracle. His office got me in quickly for an emergency appointment. Within minutes, he diagnosed a pinched nerve, started targeted stretches, and treated me on a cold therapy massage table. His approach was both knowledgeable and incredibly effective. The next day, I was onboard, pain-free, logging 9,000+ steps, doing heavy lifting in a chain gang, and never once needing light duty.
