JennetteNot a professional company at all. Their dispatchers don't know what they're doing half the time and act rude and very unprofessional. If you're not "friendly" back at Ina (a female dispatcher) she'll stop giving you good loads and just won't deal with you. Everything would be fine if they just hired professional dispatchers who are there to work, not clown around or get "friendly" with drivers. This is what's been told to me by my husband, but I can hear and see the stress he has gone through with this company. Better and professional dispatchers is all this company needs to run an amazing business!
Alejandro EsparzaI don't work for this company but my company rent space for trailer and tractor drop offs. Kind of small a bit, sometimes the lot is too full for us to drop one of our trailers. We normally have around 10 spaces to drop our trailers but they occupy them. People in the office have been very respectful towards me. Easy check in and out of the property.
