Entry staff was amazing, nurse was amazing... The doctor not so much. Well, unless you like someone talking down to you and being arrogant... I personally do not.

My recent visit to OSF Prompt Care was EXCELLENT. From the time I signed in at kiosk to the time I actually saw medical team was less than 10 min. It's take me way longer to see my regular doctor. PA named Court was incredible. He asked questions, listened, read my pre-screen, wss kind, informative & knowledgeable. Although I looked ok, he did the right checks and turns out I had pneumonia with a declining oxygen level. He gave me an immediate treatment to get oxygen up and prescribed meds to get me well. Im grateful to God for the care center and for Court. They provide superb care with kindness and compassion. 5 star because that's the highest it goes.

Been having breathing issues and left with heartburn medicine.... When I don't even have heartburn.... tried to question the dr on why I was receiving heartburn meds when thats not the issue and he couldn't give a legit answer. This place didn't check for any sort of virus that may be causing this. Didn't offer any assistance for my breathing issues. No breathing treatments or anything. So I left still with breathing issues and heartburn medicine. Medicine I won't even be taking because I don't have heartburn. But yet will be charged alot of money for my visit. This place is a joke and so is this dr. I will be filing a complaint on the dr today. UPDATE: I ended up hospitalized for a week due to a severe kidney infection.

Wednesday February 26th 2025, I was seen by Jennifer L. Dinges, I went in with Ankle pain. I suffer from Inflammation and other Health Problems for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see my specialist so I went into the immediate care. As soon as Jennifer came into the room, she did not even introduce herself. First thing she said was “you’re here for ankle pain.” I proceed to try to explain to her exactly why I was there. Yes, I am here for ankle pain, but I tried to explain to her exactly what was going On with my ankle and proceeded to try to tell her my information problems and all my other health problems that also contribute with my inflammation. She cut me off and said yeah I looked through your chart, but that doesn’t have anything to do with your ankle. I procedure to tell her my endocrinologist and all other specialist that I see have agreed that what I have exactly does pertain to all the issues that I have with inflammation caused me to have problems with my ankle. She proceed to attack me and accuse me of coming into the immediate care to request drugs. I don’t understand how you can get high off anti-inflammatories. I told her to take a look at my chart since said she’d already took a look at it to see all the medication that I take aren’t something I can get addicted to. I don’t take any opioids. she just up and left the room. I got really upset and I left as well. The next day, February 27, 2025 I went back to the immediate care and I saw A different provider unfortunately I do not remember her name I had a wonderful experience with her 10 out of 10 she did come in the room and say that she looked at my chart examine me thoroughly. Let me explain what happened, What’s going on with my ankle She gave me an exam on my ankle requested an x-ray. Also gave me ankle air brace. Also prescribed me anti-inflammatories and let me tell you. I’m doing way better than I was. 10/10 Better experience when need better providers. No one should have to go through what I have gone through on Wednesday I felt belittled I have gone through so much in my life these past couple of years for someone to treat me like this. No one understands what I go through every day! Jennifer should not be in healthcare!
