My accident was work related. After months of physical therapy I contacted RSH legal from a referral a friend had given me. I discussed my accident with Ashley/Dillon and they decided to take my case. They advised me to contact them if anything changes as things were going well at the time. When my PT decided I was at my MMI the insurer stopped my weekly benefits. I contacted Ashley/Dillon and in two days my weekly benefits were back on. They took control of my case from there and did a flawless job getting me through the process. They moved the case forward to a deposition and that went real good. The insurer decided they would go to mediation. Dillon and the mediator were in lock step and arrived at a settlement beyond what I expected in just a couple hours. I don’t know what part of me thought I could handle a personal injury claim through the other driver’s insurance while recovering from a shoulder and spinal injury, but that part of past-me was an idiot.
