We couldn’t be happier with RS Studio. We replaced our existing garage, which had subsidence, with a new one, under an insurance claim, but weren’t aware that this wouldn’t come under Permitted Development Rights as we live in a National Park. After a visit by planning enforcement, their team guided us through the retrospective planning process with patience, always explaining things in a way that made sense. Then when an unexpected parish council input pushed our application to committee, they able to reassure us and prepared everything needed to secure approval. They even spoke on our behalf at the committee meeting. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt supported and well looked after. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our application was approved.
