It was early 2024 when this man took my money for making hoodies. I am reposting my review after being asked by this "company" to delete it at the start of this year. The owner Azad promised he would send my products by 13th March if I deleted my original review. I gave him a chance to honour his promise and now have been asked for more money 2 times and still won't send my hoods demanding more money again for shipping even after receiving shipping payments over 4 times since 2024. Each time asking for a little bit more shipping money then making a reason why he cannot ship my hoods. This is ongoing since 2024. I have tried now for over 1 year to get my hoods and have been told many excuses and asked for more and more money to ship products. Originally in 2024 he sent samples then I paid him thousands of dollars to mass produce. The first reason for not sending was because of political problems and cyclone. I believed him about that because I could see problems happening on the news. Then I was ignored for many many months. Then I was told the hoodies were ready but he wanted more shipping money. He sent me a booking confirmation from the shipping company as "proof" he was shipping the hoods that day. I paid him the extra money he asked for. The shipping company never received the hoods from him only the booking. Shipping company confirmed he never delivered products to them. After I asked him why he told me that customs seized my hoodies because "someone tried to smuggle gold" showing me a photo of a random garment with gold coloured rings in its design.... He then stopped communications again and did not reply to me. Thats when I decided to post my first review at the start of this year. And that's when he contacted me from a new number telling me he couldn't contact me because he lost my contact info. He asked me to remove the review and promised my hoods would be remade and sent by 13th March. He then made further delays and said he would ship by June 4th. Today he has told me that he is ready to ship and asked for more money ($70usd) to ship. I told him I need to see that the shipping company has actually received the product first because of what happened last time. Even though he still has my money I paid him previously to ship of course. He refused to do this and continued asking for money before proof of sending. When I told him I will not send anymore money until I have proof from shipping they have my products he then said he would not send until after eid maburak. (He has used holidays as reason many times to delay sending my products since 2024) I asked to see photos of the new hoods and he sent me a video of the old hoods that he said were seized by customs. When I pointed this out he said that he "recovered" the original hoods from customs... But the entire time leading up to this moment he was telling me that he was remaking new hoods. I also paid for and never received samples for beanies along with my hoods. I have waited all day today to see if he will send my hoods or not as I can't give him anymore money until I have proof from shipping. He has refused to send them and just now told me to stop messaging him writing he will never send my hoods and will sell them. Unfortunately for him I will now be taking action using my contacts the government in Bangladesh. If anyone else reading this has also not received their products after paying this man then please contact me privately and we will help you also. I have lots of screenshots of photos to prove everything I just wrote and many photos that show the constant excuses for over 1 year. Everything i just wrote is completely true.
