Remax Crossroads is a great brokerage for any realtor looking for a brokerage with great atmosphere and that have good knowledge about Real Estate Transactions, clauses on contracts and how to guide and advice their Realtors accordinly. This brokerage have the flexibility to work in any of it's 3 officces: Toronto, Markham and Whitby that is very helpful when you have clients all over the place. The administation and Receptionis staff are fantastic, they are frienly, fast responders and very skilled in what they do (Violet, Saudia, Allice Gil, Grace, Katy, Richard Lam, etc. are more than fantastic people). I love the staff in Remax Crossroads. Broker of record Raka is smart, always answer his phone when you need him and always making sure their realtors have the best trainings in the office. Colleages in Remax Crossroads are nice, friendly and helpful when I need them as a new Realtor. I enjoyed making good conections in the Rob Vivian coaching class. It's been a pleasure and good experience to be part of Remax Crossroads officce.

Please be aware of this company, they are very deceitful and dishonest. We bought a house from an agent at this firm and he told us that the house was cleaned. It wasn't until we moved in that we truly saw the condition of the house first all poo was left in the powder room toilet, garbage in all the cupboards, the appliances were flirty, things were either broken or missing, the internet lines were cut and the doorbell was covered over. Please do not buy a house from these people.
