Very unprofessional. Truly unsure how they got such good reviews which bewilders me. Chances are your machine won't work properly thanks to poor installation and you then good luck have them stand behind their work. Oh rebates, lol good luck. My search online also indicate they have a habit of claiming to install one type of machine but actually installing a cheaper type. That tells you a lot...
