When my husband’s breathing became concerning, he went for a sleep assessment. While sleep apnea was not diagnosed the doctor recommended a snore guard as a precautionary measure to make sleep more peaceful. Dr Brown fitted him with a snore guard which has been a tremendous help in making my husband’s breathing more even, peaceful and quiet.
