Tim (product specialist/sales) and Patrick (Sales/office) at Royal Moore Buick in Hillsboro delivered an absolutely incredible car-buying experience, going so far above and beyond that I still can't believe it. I was a very difficult customer with highly specific requirements for a 2025 Buick Envista, and as it turned out, there was only one vehicle with those exact specifications left in the entire western United States. But Tim Located it as a potential dealer trade/transfer. ​Instead of giving up, Tim took the initiative to do a dealer trade with another dealership to get the car for me. I was completely amazed when they had the brand-new car delivered and ready the very next day. They were so kind and worked with me through the entire negotiation process with absolutely no sales pressure. ​What I truly appreciated most about Tim and Patrick was their enthusiasm, intelligence, and excellent communication. They stayed in touch throughout the entire process, providing updates and making sure I was informed. I also had a Costco executive membership that I was planning to use for a discount, but the Costco Auto program only applies to vehicles that are in stock. Even though they had to trade for the car, they were so kind that they essentially honored the discount, saving me $1,500 and ensuring the car was delivered perfectly. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Royal Moore GMC, and once again it was the easiest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the sales process was seamless, straightforward, and completely stress-free. We knew exactly what we were looking for, and there was absolutely no unnecessary pressure or back-and-forth—just clear communication and efficiency. They were incredibly accommodating with our timing and the speed of delivery. Omid oversaw the deal while Jeremy handled the sales side, and they worked in parallel to make sure our time at the dealership was kept to a minimum. Nathan in finance had everything prepared ahead of time, so the finance process was quick, smooth, and painless. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would. We will no doubt buy our next vehicle from Royal Moore GMC!

A couple days ago I had the pleasure of working with Omid Mortazavi & John Raptor and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the customer service 10/10 with numerous offers for drinks, snacks and easy flowing conversation but their skill of working deals and getting you in the car you want, despite obstacles, was incredible. These two went above and beyond with my trade in and got me in a brand new Mazda which was personally driven home for me by John at the end of his shift which was extremely generous of his time. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me I’ll be coming back to this dealership for all of my services as I know I’ll be completely taken care of by these trusted men.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars We started our GMC search in 2023 and came back in 2025 to order exactly what we wanted. Royal Moore GMC was great both times. Tim, Alec, and Jesus were no-pressure, respected our timeline, and communicated clearly (text worked best). They were responsive, provided frequent updates on our custom build, and even tried to find us an in-stock option while we waited. Pricing was fair and straightforward no markups, no games, no surprises. Other dealers we visited (Weston and Beaverton) were dismissive or showed little interest. Royal Moore actually wanted to help, and that’s why we ordered with them even after shopping nationwide.
