Our experience with this limo service was shockingly terrible. The driver was outright rude and blatantly disrespectful, particularly toward the bride and her family. The lack of professionalism was evident from the start, as he handled our belongings carelessly, even ruining our carefully prepared desserts without a single word of apology. Instead of acknowledging his mistakes, he engaged in arguments, showing zero regard for the significance of our day or our requests. To make matters worse, his first words to us were not a polite greeting but a blunt demand for payment, disregarding the fact that he was providing a service. His attitude throughout the journey was dismissive and disrespectful, leaving us all feeling appalled. This was a complete failure in customer service, and we would not recommend this limo service to anyone. Edit: charged our credit card without consent and won't even answer calls to give explanation. Worst guys in the industry. Response to company: stop making up false stories to protect your horrible services.

My family and I just finished a beautiful vacation in British Columbia. We used Royal limos to get around and I have to say they were very pleasant to deal with. The limo was always on time and our driver was also very informative. We are really happy we booked with them because they made our trip to this amazing place that much better. I'd like to thank them and recommend them to everyone. They were great!

We hired royal limo for our company function. Both drivers showed up at the same time. They had prepared the route we were going to take. Limos were clean drivers were super friendly. I'll be using them again for my wedding.

Oh what a blast! Amazing experience with Royal Limousine! On Nov. 2015 I rented the limo for a 2 hour drive for 6 adults. All was smooth and nice, great music, nice champagne, top notch entertainment gadgets, very clean and comfortable car and most of all the knowledge of the city attractions and the professionalism of our driver Mike. We all agreed at the end of the trip to lock the doors and sleep over because it was too nice and cozy. Unfortunately we had no control over the system and we had to say good bye to Mike and go to our homes. We will be back in Mike’s limo pretty soon for another and more fun ride. Until you try you will never know what I’m talking about. Thank you Mike!
