The office is never open and no one is ever inside. Real company or laundering front? you decide. *OK but that is not the way a professional firm operates. Why are you paying rent for an office literally NO ONE is ever in. I didn't show up for an appointment, I live across the street and can confirm no one is every in the building during business hours. that's weird. have you seen the movie Heat?

Rented a Home off these People paid a Damage Deposit as well as a Hefty Pet Deposit for A Cat...... Upon leaving this House We cleaned, everything including Walls, Ceilings, Carpets over 3 times each..... There were a few minor things that could not be cleaned but after leaving and requesting Our Damage and Pet Deposits all modes of contact had gone unanswered........ A Residencial Tenancy Branch file was opened by Myself and several hearings and an appeal later all of which Royal Caves had lost they have been Ordered to Pay Us our Deposits Back in which 2 Years Later still has not paid back........ Now Residencial Tenancy Branch Enforcement will be taking this Money From Royal Caves...... Just a nightmare Company and People to Deal With Please Please 🙏 Stay Away from this Company......

This has got to be the sleaziest real estate/ property management company there is. They lie, cheat, manipulate, and gaslight people at every chance. I was talked to like a child. They also do work with other people, like garg team realty which is the same load of garbage with different staff. Whatever you do, don't trust these people. They are only in it for their pocket book, they don't care about you at all.
