I was pleasantly surprised by the Avalon Hotel. This is where you realize that 3 stars in Dubai are truly on another level! We booked it on booking: it was easy and safe. we paid at the reception directly The welcome was absolutely perfect (someone helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room) Special mention to Jordan at the reception who was incredibly kind and professional. The room itself was amazing, I have nothing to complain about. From our room on the 15th floor there was no noise at all. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel smells amazing everywhere all the time. It’s such a pleasant atmosphere There are also great dining options. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor : it was absolutely delicious!! I had the chicken shish taouk, perfectly served and truly exquisite. The pool area is lovely and peaceful (good music btw) It’s a shame we only stayed one night, but we’ll definitely consider coming back!

The location of the hotel is easier to navigate than expected and view is not that thrilling as it's a construction site but in the same time our stay was really quite and no noise from the construction. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, we really felt welcomed. As for the Room, there were some small details that was questionable, cleanliness wise, but all in all the room was really comfortable! The atmosphere of the whole hotel was great and perfect. Unfortunately, my partner and I we're not able to roam around the hotel but the breakfast was ok and good for a 4 star hotel could be better with more range of dishes. For the price of our stay, it was a steallll. We would definitely comeback again sooner.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything I needed. The overall service was top-notch — every detail was well taken care of, and I felt comfortable and valued from the moment I arrived. I would like to give special thanks to Sunanda from the reception team. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Her warm attitude and quick response made my experience even more memorable. She is definitely a great asset to the hotel.

Cleanliness and comfort are obviously of high priority. It's clear the hotel aims to provide a memorable experience for all its visitors.
