When I initially applied for a house with Caymus Properties, they seemed friendly, responsive, and professional. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Keep in mind the “Property Managers” are Investors and care more about upping your rent after your lease then keeping a good Tenant!! Rent has been paid on time every month, and sometimes even early. They don’t bill your Water, Sewage, and Garbage timely so you end up with 3 bills at once. Given the amount IS owed, however, due to them slacking it makes it difficult to have a flow of bills paid. To the point: They are liars, and greedy!! I would not rent from them again. I am actually disappointed because I thought they were nice, again…. DO Not believe their “Smooth Approach” it is all to trap you into having your rent increased every chance they get. I have been here a year and had my rent increased twice. **Disappointed**

Please be aware of your tenant rights, this company will test your knowledge and try to take every dime of your deposit. I had my rent set on auto payments every month, and was only late in the first month of my four year tenancy. If at all possible, do NOT rent from this company.
