We recently visited Aqua Brunch again. We had an outstanding experience! The service was exceptional, and I want to specially commend Captain Jisan and Umijaan (Omg I can't remember his name) , who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our brunch. The brunch was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the buffet was full of flavor and beautifully presented as well. The location was perfect—convenient and ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Umijaan’s attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, a fantastic location, and remarkable service!

This is a luxury hotel built into a luxury shopping and dining complex which is right on the water and a beautiful boardwalk. This hotel is one of the nicest that I have stayed in. The staff is exceptional, and it started with the check in. The rooms were downright luxury, and the cleaning and small touches were amazing. The location is second to none, right on Al Maryah Island. Some of the best dining in the city was walking distance from the hotel door or the lower level connection. An easy hop to the corniche if you want to go to the traditional centre. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at your property and booked a room with Manor Club access, which I’ve always enjoyed at other Rosewood properties. Rosewood has been my favorite brand for its elegance and impeccable service, which is why I was quite disappointed during my recent visit to your Abu Dhabi Rosewood. ||||I’d like to share my concerns in the hope that we can resolve this and enhance the experience for myself and future guests.||||Firstly, I was excited about the benefits that come with the Manor Club access, particularly the exclusive breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés. However, I found that the breakfast offering in the Manor Club was not only disappointing but also inferior to the usual spread available in the main guest restaurant. This experience left me wondering why I paid a premium for the Club Lounge access when the service did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Rosewood.||||Additionally, I did not receive the customized room amenities or the luxury in-room bath products mentioned in the service description. These were part of what drew me to opt for the Manor Club package, and their absence was a noticeable oversight.||||To further complicate matters, I had specifically requested a quiet room during my booking. However, I was placed on the 8th floor above the pool bar, and the noise from the bar was disturbing throughout my three-night stay. This was far from the tranquil and serene atmosphere that I had hoped for.||||Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that my future stays at Rosewood will reflect the brand's renowned standards of excellence.||||I have always admired Rosewood for its dedication to providing outstanding service, and it’s with that in mind that I wanted to share my experience. Given the discrepancies in service, I hope you can offer a solution that addresses these issues.
