I just bought my first Mercedes and the experience was incredible. Mike was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I was coming from BMW and was so attached to the brand that I was ready to find any reason not to switch. Instead of trying to convince me, Mike simply showed me what Mercedes had to offer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and reassured me that everything I loved at BMW I could find at Mercedes- plus more (he was right). Every question I had, he had a thoughtful solution. Marilyn from the finance team was also wonderful to work with, and Steve, who manages deliveries, made the final step seamless. As a younger buyer, I’ve often felt overlooked at dealerships, but here I was treated with complete respect from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be happier to be part of the Mercedes family, and I can’t recommend this dealership enough.
