From the moment that I arrive at this office the experience was amazing. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I did not have to wait. I was seen on my appointment time. The hygienist and the dentist were attentive, answered my questions, allayed my fears and asked if I had any questions. He explained the reason for my dental issue, made suggestions, and made a follow up visit for a comprehensive treatment. I have lived in the United States and I have never experienced such courtesy and attention as I experienced at Rose City Dental. I did not feel like I was a patient. I felt I was a person who needed attention with my dental problem and I I received the help with sensitivity and respect.
