I had a fantastic overall experience. The food was delicious, except for the pistachio ice cream, which had an excessive amount of black salt. Our server, Ricardo, was professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great, and they should definitely bottle the plantain habanero sauce.

We went to the brunch, and had a great time. Food was great. Happy they are accommodating to vegetarians as my husband is vegetarian. The party entertainment started around 2pm. I appreciated the big fans they passed out and the saxophone artist that played live. Thank you to our waitress Gabriela, she was fantastic!

Wow, what a great meal at RosaNegra Miami! The vibe is electric, and the food is just as exciting. We had a few vegetable dishes that were absolutely packed with flavor. The Sweet Potato with miso butter is a must-order it's sweet, savory, and completely addictive. The Caesar was also top notch, super fresh and flavorful with those delicious little boquerones. A fantastic spot for a fun night out with amazing food.

Just spent my 41st birthday here and I had a ball! I had a family style dinner party for 8 people and Pamela made all the details special. This restaurant knows how to put on a show. From the saxophonist, drums, table top dancing… and delicious food, there was no detail left out. Absolutely recommend having a dinner party here and I’m a tough critic 😝 Please ask for Pamela when booking anything private or special. She was very attentive and detailed oriented 🫶🏾
