I was hearing noises in the attic and so I called Jimmy and his team. They were at my place in 20 minutes from my call. They put a trap and told me they would come back by the end of the week to remove the trap and close the hole that the squirrels had done. When Jimmy and his team came back I told them that I heard noises again the morning of their coming. He looked at my roof and found a new place where the squirrels got in. They fix the other area and continue examining my roof and found another area where the squirrels were trying to get in. So they closed all the other areas to make sure that the squirrels could not move in my attic anymore. Jimmy and his team worked very hard to do the above and beyond. He listened to my worries and did not take advantage of the situation to overcharge me. I will need someone to clean the gutters later on the season and I will definitely call him to do the work. I will not have to do it myself anymore. He is the man for helping me with that chore and any other inquiries for the roof. They are very efficient and have a community mentality which is very important to me. I am highly recommending them to everyone.

When the remnants of Hurricane Beryl landed in Toronto, it brought a ton of rain that gave light to a roofing issue at one of my rental properties in Scarborough. Critters had shredded the shingles on and around multiple vents on my side split. With another torrential downpour on the way, I was so glad I found Roofing Repairs online. Jimmy answered my call for an emergency repair and said he’d be there within 30 minutes. With the rain starting to come down again, he followed me up to the roof without hesitation where I showed him the damage. He quickly identified the issue and explained the treatment plan - replacement of shingles, reinstallation of the vents, and installation of anti critter cages. He and his son worked fast and efficiently, at what I felt could have been a reasonable price given the urgency, weather, and circumstance. I did not shop for quotes so I can’t speak to value, but I was willing to pay what he asked for his service, take a chance on his workmanship, and I appreciated him showing up on a moment’s notice in bad weather. They did a clean repair through a torrential downpour and the final work looked great. They took the garbage with them and when I went back up to clear the gutters, I noticed damage that we’d missed at a far corner edge. I called him, and he turned around and met me back at the house and patched up the additional hole in the roof at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Jimmy and can see why he’s been in the business for 4 decades. The next time I or any of my properties have a leak, critter, or roofing issue, he will be the first guy I call for advice and solutions!

Jimmy did a really good job on our roof. This past spring we started to notice some leaks near the washroom area and knew there was a problem there. We had another roofing company come and they replaced a shingle. But then once we had another heavy rainfall, we had another leak. We went with Jimmy's company and he pinpointed other areas on the roof with pics that were causing problems. Jimmy fixed it up and we haven't had problems since then. I highly recommend Jimmy for any roofing issue. He is very responsive to our phone call and came within a short time. He also answered questions that we had for him as well
