From calling Jim Olivier's / Roofing Louisiana for the first time and having Chad in sales come to our home we were givin the most detailed quote and recommendations for roof replacement. Other company's are only interested in getting in your pocket and give substandard service. Everyone all through the process were focused on satisfying the customer. Mr. Randy gave details during the job and well let me know what detailed information is stored in a job file with pictures that he took along the whole job. The end results exceeded all expectations I had and I tell everyone what a pleasure it was to have such a talented team do the outstanding work that was done. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Jim Olivier Roofing and Home Improvement. They replaced our roof and were very customer oriented and did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Professional and courteous administrative personnel and workers. They took care to protect our property and answered all questions. We liked them enough to add a window replacement to what was originally just roof and gutters. We definitely will use them again and felt very secure with our decision.
