After 25 years and tons of leaks it was time for a new roof. I interviewed 3 different companies and got 3 different bids. Our roof is unique because it is mostly flat with a parapet around the entire house. We chose Preferred Roofing because they followed up after the bid, gave us numerous material options, and guaranteed our satisfaction. In the end the job was indeed complicated and took longer than planned but Zach was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and stuck to his promise of guaranteeing our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the end product, both aesthetically and with excellent warranties on both materials, acrylic and shingles. Additionally their crew was very very clean and never left our yard or home in a mess. Highly recommend.
