Roof Ready Roofing Companies

Well, I had my roof and garage done a month ago by Jose and his crew. JF CAGUANA CONSTRUCTION INC. The process was quick and it only took a couple of days. They took the time to clean up around my home . So far I’m impressed with the quality and care they provided . I would recommend them.

Every other roofing company told me I needed a whole new roof for 35k. Jose came out, checked it out, and said he could repair it instead. He did an awesome job and saved me a ton of money. Super honest and easy to work with—highly recommend!

Jose is AWESOME. Just hire him. SO PROFESSIONAL. SOLID WORK. The ceiling was massively leaking from water damage from rain water. He took off FOUR OLD LAYERS that were on flat roof balcony, down to the wood, which thankfully was still good. Dried it, cleaned it, put on that ice shield weather protection as first layer, then another layer, closed seams with blowtorch, caulked, put up material against brick wall, then metal plank across, and painted everything silver. I was waiting for a big rain storm and yesterday was fairly big, no leaking. You won’t be disappointed with Jose and he’s SO NICE.
