Karen KCrossroads is more than a dance studio, it is a family. My daughter has been a part of this studio for three years and it is like her second home. She has created amazing friendships and the older dancers are amazing role models. The dancers are provided leadership opportunities and everyone pulls together with performances and being a part of the community.
Lara BradshawWhen my daughter’s 5th birthday party (and several other group events) were ruined by Surge Adventure Park because staff never showed, I shared what happened on several RVA parenting groups primarily as a heads up so it didn’t happen to other kids. When I did this, the owner of Crossroads Irish Dance, Amy Habel, reached out to me directly and offered to host a FREE party for my daughter because she was so heartbroken for my family after reading what happened. Due to the timing of my daughter’s birthday (right before the holidays) and our personal schedules, we didn’t plan the party but instead Amy offered my daughter free classes for a month! My daughter attended the “Little Jig” 5-6 year old class and had a blast. The staff and teachers were friendly and generous with their time. The only reason we didn’t enroll our daughter full time is because we live 30+ minutes away and logistically it didn’t work for our family. We highly recommend Crossroads for anyone who has a young dancer and are so appreciative of their kindness and generosity!
